I’d like to register a brand new team. what do I do?
Every customer to our programs if first required to fill out our online waiver found here.
If you have never been to our facility before, you’ll select the ‘Create An Account’ option (creating an account and signing the waiver are one in the same)
If you have been to our facility before for a previous program or event, you may be in our system
Once you’ve done the online waiver (if needed), call our front desk during hours of operation at (650) 362-4100 to sign up your team. Please be prepared to provide a team name (even if its temporary), your name (so we can add you as the manager), and a credit card for the $100 required deposit
After the deposit is processed, your team is officially registered!
I just signed up a brand new soccer team. what can I do to prepare?
First, SportsHouse is thrilled to welcome you and your team this season!
One of the most effective things you can do is have all your team members fill out our online waiver before the first game. This helps in two ways:
Staff can readily find them in the system
Players won’t have to waste time filling out the waiver before the game if they’re in a hurry
Another thing you can do will only be accessible after you’ve officially registered your team (see the above for steps).
Once done, as a manager, you can send invites to your teammates via email to have them join your team through their online account (the online account is created when they sign the waiver). See the pictures below for how-to steps:
