SPORTSHOUSE HOURS FOR VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE DATES

SportsHouse opens the gate to the parking lot and front door at 8:00am. Please respect the quiet time in the morning for our residential neighbors and do not show up early. Games do not start until 9:00am or later for all volleyball leagues at SportsHouse so there is plenty of time between 8:00am and 9:00am to warm up on the volleyball courts.

DOOR ENTRY FEE

There is a $10 door entry fee for spectators. Coaches, players, and kids are free. If you Uber or Waymo to SportsHouse, your door entry fee for each adult riding in the car is also free. We really emphasize spectators to use Uber or Waymo as it helps the environment.

OUTDOOR TAILGATING

We do NOT offer outdoor tailgating at SportsHouse. Do NOT setup anywhere in the parking lot or neighborhood. We have plenty of indoor tailgating spots for all teams (read below). We also have a restaurant inside with plenty of food options. Taco, Burgers, pizza, salads, etc..

INDOOR TAILGATING

SportsHouse offers “Indoor Tailgate Packages” located inside the SportsHouse facility. You have to order both an indoor tailgate spot and one of the food packages below to secure an indoor spot. Tax not included in the prices below. We have plenty of indoor spots for all teams.

WHAT IS INCLUDED:

• TAILGATE SPOT:

  • 20 x 20 foot 400 square feet tailgate spot. $100

  • Tailgate spots are located indoors on the soccer field.

• FOOD PACKAGE OPTIONS: Food package for 12 players.

  • $112 for 3 XL pizzas

  • Pasta Package $185 for 12 dishes ($15 per additional dish) + $3 per dish for chicken

  • Burrito Package - $175 for 12 Burritos ($13 per additional Burrito)

  • Cheese Burgers Package - $215 for 12 burgers ($17 per additional Burger)

• PARKING:

  • One reserved morning parking spot is included in the tailgate package. PM wave parking spot is NOT included. If you have a team that reserved a morning parking spot, they can pass that parking spot onto your PM teams. If you move your car, your spot will no longer be reserved / guaranteed.

• WIFI:

  • Includes high-speed wifi access for the whole day. Password will be sent to you when you order your tailgate package. Regular wifi is free but your tailgate package includes high-speed access.

• WHAT TO BRING AND WHAT NOT BRING:

  • You need to bring your own table(s)

  • You need to bring your own chair(s)

  • If you book tailgates two days in row, you can leave your chairs and tables overnight. Don’t leave anything valuable. We do NOT guarantee your belongings.

  • No alcohol on the premises. No alcohol drinking allowed per NCVA rules.

  • No electronics, No BBQ, No propane, no batteries, etc…

  • Tailgate does not include door entry fee. Fee is $10 per person. Kids and siblings are free.

  • No dogs, animals, etc… in the facility.

• SUBMITTING TAILGATE REQUEST INSTUCTIONS:

  • If you are interested in booking a tailgate spot, please click on the button below and submit a request

  • A SportsHouse Staff Member will give you a call to review availability and booking request options.

  • Each tailgate spot requires payment in full at time of booking. No refunds for cancellations unless tournament location is moved to a different location.

  • Each tailgate spot requires purchase of the tailgate spot with a food package.

  • Reserved parking and high speed WIFI is included in the package.

  • We will call you to book. Spots allocated on a first come, first served basis as determined by the submission of the booking request and payment received.
